Built for carriers, not brokers.
High Gear Solutions LLC is a Wyoming company that runs dispatch, back-office and safety compliance support for owner-operators and small fleets hauling dry van and reefer freight across the Midwest and West Coast.
We started High Gear because too many small carriers lose money and sleep to the same problems: cheap freight, slow paperwork and missed compliance deadlines. Our job is to fix those, so you can focus on the road.
We work for the carrier only. We never act as a broker, we never take money from the broker side, and every rate confirmation is between you and the broker.
