FAQ
Straight answers.
Are you a broker?
No. We're a dispatch service that works for the carrier. We never take a cut from the broker side, and every rate confirmation is between you and the broker.
Do I have to take every load you find?
No. You approve every load before we book it. Turn down anything you don't want.
When do I pay you?
We invoice weekly based on loads delivered. Nothing is due for loads picked up in your first 7 days.
Is there a contract?
There is a simple service agreement so both sides know what's expected, but no long-term commitment. Either side can cancel with 7 days' written notice.
What hours are you available?
We work US hours, including early-morning pickups and check-calls. Call or text (936) 280-0016.
Do I need to use your factoring partner?
No. It's optional. We'll work with your current factoring company or direct-pay brokers.
